As
an Olympic Synchronized swimmer I have been training Pilates
for several
years. In every session I always experience something new.
Pilates has helped strengthen my core muscles and allowed
me to intensify my training. It has improved my posture,
increased my muscle tone and released tension in my back.
My
body is more balanced, and this has prevented injury and
allowed me to train harder.
Pilates was instrumental in helping our Olympic Team reach
the podium in Australia 2000.
